Nokia 6500 slide memory card problem

I have a strange problem with a nokia 6500 slide.

Having photos (as usual), I then moved to the memory card so as not to lose ... then I backup pc.
However, after taking a photo, I wanted to move on the memory card and it was no longer in the menu....

I switched off and removed the memory card and then surrender, but nothing happens! It is not at all in the phone menu.

Fortunately I was saved, except a few, but I find this strange problem.

If a person has ever had this problem, I'm interested for a solution ..... if not .... because warranty service ....

I have since updated the software thinking that it could solve the problem, but nothing to do ....

The memory card could be malfunctioning? Therefore not recognized by the mobile phone? (I have not tried with another 6500, not having to hand another.)

Nokia proposes to restore the laptop to factory configuration, but I am not sure what this will bring, as I update the software and it has not solved anything.

Tried reset nokia?
To use the card directly on the PC it might not do so because the file format of the card is not always recognized by the PC, it is a reason that must be going through the Nokia mobile phones synchronization and the PC can read these files.

I have reset the Nokia that I was offered * # 7780 # (it resets the phone but with the new soft) but this does not change, the nokia does not work with the memory card ....

What type of synchronization you speaking? Nokia PC suite? or other?

Certainly the concern comes from the card itself. It is not just in the model that you can use it. You do not have someone in your entourage who can test it?
