GOGOindia Launches G35 ,All India GPS Car Navigation System

GOGOindia announces the launch of G35; all India GPS car navigation system. G35 is an out of the box solution for all your navigation needs. There is no need to install any complicated navigation software or e-maps. Everything one needs is pre-installed – plug-in and you are set to go. G35 also offers Bluetooth hands-free phone option for the car. Built-in FM transmitter can route phone calls or turn-by-turn driving directions to the car radio. It not only can be used as a navigation tool but also as means to providing entertainment. It supports playback for music, video, e-book and photo viewing.

The map dataset which comes pre-loaded in G35 includes 200+ detailed cities maps with 2 million Points of Interest (POI) and towns as points which are connected with a network of National and State Highway's as well as other main roads. Points of interest (POIs) are important landmarks marked such as Hospitals, ATM centers, Malls, Theaters & Hotels to name a few, which help in ease navigation to the specific destination even if streets are unnamed. The user will also get one free map update which would be released quarterly.

The G35 navigation software has an intuitive and smart key filtering to quickly narrow and lockdown to a destination. G35 gives the user three ways to search for its destination. ‘Local Search’ option will search in radius of 200 KM from user’s current position. If the user wants to plan a route outside his/her city then they can opt for ‘City Search’. In ‘Street Search’ option the user can search for main streets in any cities.

G35 is priced at M.R.P Rs 13,999 with no subscription fees or any other hidden costs and with extra inbuilt features such as Bluetooth, Hands-free calling & FM Transmitter; this has created a new price segment in the Indian navigation industry.

GOGOindia has appointed Brightpoint as its national distributor. Brightpoint through its various distribution sales channels will distribute GOGOindia’s products. G35 is currently available in Delhi, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Bangalore and Mumbai. For its online sales, GOGOindia has tied up with gagets.in and autsun.com. GOGOindia has already setup hardware service centers in following locations: Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. The map data includes 200 detailed cities maps with 2 million Points of Interest (POI) and towns as points which are connected with a network of National and State Highway's as well as other main roads. Points of interest (POIs) are important landmarks marked such as Hospitals, ATM centers, Malls, Theaters & Hotels to name a few, which help in ease navigation to the specific destination even if streets are unnamed. GOGOindia comes pre-loaded with 2 million Points of Interest (POIs), with important ones also having specs like addresses and contact numbers in them for 12 important categories of Points of Interest (POIs) across 8 major cities in India.

In and around Delhi, detailed maps are available for Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad to name a few and other cities with as many as 214,970 POIs. In Mumbai the satellite cities like Navi Mumbai, Powai, Kalyan, Karjat, Bhiwandi are covered with help of 17,307 POIs and the whole of Maharastra is covered by 29,395 important POIs and major cities like Nagpur, Nasik, Pune are covered in these maps.
As for Bangalore the major cities covered are Yelahanka, Whitefield, Puttenahalli with 188,616 POIs. In Chennai the major satellite cities that are extensively covered are Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Ennore with 2,35,448 POIs. In Kerala, the major cities that are covered are Kottayam, Thrissur, Kochi, Kovalam to name a few with 76, 852 POIs. In Andhra Pradesh, detailed maps are available for Secunderabad, Hyderabad, Vishakpatnam, Kakinada, Guntur to name a few with 69, 136 important POIs. 17, 431 POIs are covered in detail for Hyderabad.

GOGOindia strives to provide its customers with the most economical, accurate, and up-to-date electronic maps available. Our maps are 85% accurate however features are continually changing, so the data may not reflect the latest modifications and/or additions in your area. If you find discrepancies, we would highly appreciate your feedback in the ‘Map feedback’ section of our website. We will incorporate your suggestions in our next updated version. We assure you that the map database accuracies will progressively increase with new releases.

How GOGO India Works

GOGOindia uses high-tech technologies, advance user friendly navigation software and precise E-Map of India for all your navigation needs. GOGOindia is designed to be easy to use and is a hassle free product. Just plug in, switch on & go!

Once GOGOindia navigation software is activated using the touch screen, first thing GOGOindia will do is automatically locate the GPS satellites to calculate your precise location. In addition, the navigation software extracts other useful information from the GPS signals for example: your current speed, your current height above mean sea level, what direction you are headed in, etc... In short, the navigation system captures all information that ensures that you reach your destination. Once the GPS signal goes green you will see map of your current location with some options at the bottom of the screen.

Before leaving for your destination, all you have to do is enter your destination address in GOGOindia. It will then suggest the best route based on the name of the street you are traveling to. Now let go of your worries and just follow the instructions it gives you. With GOGOindia you will always be in control and best of all, this comes for free. There are no recurring charges that you will have to incur for using the satellite.
