Blackberry Pearl 8100 : JVM Error 547

Hello,

I need your help to solve my big problem.

Some time after updating my OS on my Pearl 8100 with version 4.5 Beta my blackberry, display's an error message (below)

Jvm 547
flash write failed

I try many attempts to recover but unfortunately nothing has work

Can you help me !!??!!

I am a bit clever made. Because someone I had a similar problem. I had made a backup and the device reset.

All I had to do was scroll through until I got to Secure Mode. Clicked on that and then clicked reset on the next screen. This will reboot the phone in secure mode I believe. It takes a while for the phone to load you will see an hour glass turning for about 3 to 5 minutes and then the phone should be fine. Verizon did not know what to do either, they wanted me to replace the phone (defective). I talked them through what I did over the phone to fix it, and hopefully they use that from now on. Good luck. This will not erase your contacts and pictures and songs.
