    Downloaded BlackBerry Desktop Manager 4.6 crashes

    Hello,

    I have old BlackBerry, a pearl 8100. Seeking to manage data from BB with my computer, I have the following downloaded the latest version of the OS (it means what Os) on the Vodafone site, and now I try to download the BB Desktop Manager 4.6.

    I have download 3 times already , but without my installing, the system seems to be completely stopped at 37%, or 104 MB on 286 MB, is this normal, I did not error message ...

    Well,

    Which browser are you using ?? Try some different browser to download. you can also try downloading from some another site.

    Hi

    Try the following things :

    * Try Uninstalling and re-installing Desktop Manager, making sure that you run the install program as an administrator.
    * Try Wiping your Blackberry and reinstalling the OS.
    * Deleting the Intellisync folder.
    * Run scanpst on your Outlookpst file.
    * Clearing the calendar entries on the Blackberry.
