Can i use app store with jailbroken iphone

hi have just received my new apple iphone but thing is that my bother bought it jailbroken for more application environment ut what i know is apple wont allow this so doubt is can i still use app store with jailbroken iphone ? please answer me.

jailbrok is not illegal it just voids your warranty.while no problem to go on apple store ..further if any problem occur you can rollback firmware and jailbreak it ..

To get youriphone jailbreak 2.0 on with PwnageTool 2.0,where Apps installed from the App Store can run on your device .....but the Installing new app is done with replacing as syncing with apple store because of the new firmware, all apps can be erase and gone..

hi all,

I hope someone can help me with this problem I’m having.

I brought an iphone from Australia and had it jailbreaked. i have been using it on the orange network (as its from aus, not even o2 works). It was working fine until i recently upgraded it to v3 firmware.
now..
All i get is the cable and itunes sign on the screen.
i have tried to restore using the dfu mode, but each time it comes up with an error.
i have tried downgrading to loads of older versions, but to no avail.
Can someone help with this???
