Remote I would like to use with my iPod Touch and iTunes 8.1 on the Macintosh, when I want to add a library, I enter a code on iTunes, but it is checked but then ignores it, and the library is not synchronized on the iPod Touch ...

Also, I have another problem is that my iPod Touch is not formatted Macintosh, but iTunes says it has no format and I would like to know how to format it to Mac format.

When I connect my iPod Touch, iTunes not indicate the name of the format (PC or Macintosh) But when I bought it, it was formatted Mac , but afterwards, the format disappeared.

And if it can help: My iPod Touch 2nd Generation is not jailbreak with OS X Mobile 2.2.1.

And iTunes version 8.1 is used with Leopard version 10.5.6.

I just connect my non-iPod Touch 2G jailbreak, software version 2.2.1 to my Mac and I do not see anywhere in iTunes mention of a Mac or PC.
