after formatting china mobile phone, cannot play games, getting chinese error message

recently i bought a chinese phone and formatted all memory card and phone memory, after that following message occur whenevr i tried to play game.. and no game opens.. can any body help me to understand what it say

Well, what is the make or model of the mobile phone that you are having? Since that chinese letters cannot be understood so the best thing would be to do is, go the the shop and ask the shop keeper how to get the games back in your china mobile phone.
