MMC Problem in Nokia 7610

Hi guys,
I've a problem in my nokia 7610 Multi media Card,When I connect it with my pc to add some songs and videos,it works fine in phone.
But when i reconnect it to PC again, It gives me this message "your MMC not formatted,do u want to format it now" or It opens as a window filled with EMPTY folders have strange names like .....[/font] ¤┌└{[U║\.ëصg

You may have corrupted your mmc You will have to format your mmc using your phone, please follow the tip given below.

Put the card in Card Reader, and then do a full format on it to erase everything. Then format it again using FAT or FAT32, in the middle of formatting, cancel the formatting, (you have to be quick because it only takes 4 secs) this should corrupt the card. Then put the card in the phone, and go to Extras and MMC, it will say Card Corrupt, Do you want to Format, select Yes. If it doesnt then try another MMC in the phone, if it works then its the Card which is totally damaged. As far as I know, removing the card when reading usually only corrupts it but shouldn't stop it working after a full format.

Maybe your pc has infected by viruses. Get the latest antivirus and make a full scan your drive,including your mmc.. Try this software and don't try to disconnect it in middle because if you do so the mmc card will be dead and never work again.
