Iphone gives Error 9

Rear one,

I had attached my Iphone completely normally at the computer.

then I had to let the iPhone load.

But then an error message came. at the conclusion.

The iPhone “iPhone” could not be restored. An unknown quantity error arose (9).

what am should I do?

my iPhone 3G has 16GB.

OR

# Open iTunes, Goto Recovery mode by holding Power + Home on the phone
# iTunes will also detect 'Recovery mode'

I had this problem, and when I took my iPhone to the Apple Store they were able to do the update fine on one of their machines with no other tweaking. Perhaps it’s something to do with local circumstances with iTunes?

Hope it helps :

1. Turn of the phone if its not off already.
2. Hold the home button for 10 seconds.
3. Connect it to the computer and restore it via iTunes.
