Problem with Caller display

I have a Sony Ericsson W810i Walkman Phone with the newest firmware region.
Now i debranded right off the bat so I dont know if this problem existed before but for some reason I cannot see who is calling me on the other line (example i am on the phone and the call waiting appears as only Answer / Busy / Switch ) is this a common problem is there a setting i can change or maybe reflash? I called rogers and they informed me I do have the feature enable on my phone and it should be working. Anyone have any Ideas here? I just updated with Sues as well to see if that would fix the problem but to no avail.

Just tried on mine, on the screen where it says "Busy, Replace, etc" right at the top it tells me who is calling. I tried it with a known number and an unknown one.

Mine is completely covered with the Answer / busy / Replace screen and I cannot see who is calling, does this sound like a phone fault and should I take it back to rogers?

Have you tried changing the theme on your phone then trying it again? Might sound like a daft idea but sometimes they are the best.

Ya i tried all 4 theme that came with the phone, that was one of the first things i thought of. Looks like I am just gonna end up returning it:

it sounds software related but when i reflashed, there was no change even after a master reset and all.
