To Auto-start applications on mobile phone

hello everyone,

I have a new N95 mobile phone which I had purchased a month before....
Whenever i restart my phone, i have start all the application that I need by navigating through the settings manually....
Is there anyway that my applications will auto-start when I turn on my phone?
