HCL leaptop(laptop) feedback

Anyone ever used HCL leaptop? Hows it in quality/durability? What about after sales service? Can I go for HCL leaptop?

I would use it as development + entertainment tool.

“Leaptop” is the new laptop/leaptop range from HCL. You can choose from quite a number of Leaptops. There’s the Leaptop C9504, the Leaptop D9906, the Leaptop C9509, and the Leaptop L5903. But about its reliabilty I guess it is not that good when compared to Sony Vaio Laptop.

Well in my personal opinion I must say!
Go for Dell laptop its better than HCL!

Hello , I am a satisfied customer of the HCL I didn not have any Problem, in My Leaptop yet. Also HCL is not giving any warranty for their carry bags as it is described in your Warranty Terms and Conditions. Also their engineers are well experienced and trained for solving problems inspite of some.

I think u can use HP, Dell or Sony laptop it has a good reliabilty & has many facility to get the service near you........!

I am having HCL Leaptop Z-3919. The laptop is OK. But I am not happy with its after sales service. No doubt the laptop is having a good features but everybody (like me) likes to have a better after sales service from the company.

I get attracted to HCL because, its offering edge technology in very competitive price. The same configuration in any other company would cost more than 50k.

Few people experiencing after sales service problem...
I feel, if everything goes fine..you won't need after sell service. So can I assume there are some kind of problems with HCL leaptops?
Can I have some pointer on kind of problems?
