SMS using GPRS?

Hi,

Is it possible to send SMS using GPRS..someone in baazee says is it possible..
If so please provide me the relevant details on it..BTW i have GPRS connection..

it is possible to do sms using GPRS...actually its nthing but sending a sms thru ur yahoo A\c..the link asys its possible to send sms to application numbers like 8888...i dont know how tht works...
i send msgs to hutch phones using yahoo mail on gprs by snding the mail to

Hi,

Is anybody tried for SMS using GPRS..If please give ur feedback on this..

It is done by changing Message Setting > Connection type >GSM or GPRS

Here u select GPRS and try..

Some phones has different settings like Preferred account > GSM or GPRS

Here u select GPRS and try..

But u've to Subscribed for GPRS..

Please tell ur feedback...

For me it does not works..

I am pretty much a novice in mobile phone related stuff.

Can somebody please tell me what are the advantages of sending SMS through GPRS?

Your service provider dont charge for this type of communcation..

OPEN ANY WEB GIVIN TAG TO SEND SMS TO ANYNETWORK N ENJOY IT

LIKE APNIISP.COM OR SMS.INDIA.COM
