Ipod Touch does not detect itunes after jailbreak

Hello everybody, I need help ..

After having installed the jailbreak applications and some of it, install a new theme, it was updating the ipod and no desk, and has since day one update ie, I removed the wallpaper making another return to the desk, is updated again and again so on ... will not let me turn it off or on itunes does not recognize it .... What to do?

I have almost the same problem, my problem was when I was installing, the jailbreak had commenced and now does not shut down nor recognize iTunes, any solution will be appreciated.

Connect the iPod to the USB cable and start iTunes.

Hold down the start button and off / on.

Will restart the iPod, still holding the buttons until iTunes detects it.
