HTC Magic S200 : Android smartphone coming soon !!

The manufacturer HTC has to communicate on the release of his Magic smartphone running the Android platform. It will soon be exclusively available to the operator SFR.

Unveiled at the MWC show in Barcelona last February, this is memory of a smartphone powered by Qualcomm MSM7201A processor clocked at 528 MHz with 192 MB of RAM and running the platform Google Android.

The terminal displays a compatible GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WAP, UMTS, HSDPA, Wi-Fi and has a chip for GPS navigation. Its LCD touch screen is a 3.2-inch display 65 536 colors in a resolution 320 x 480 pixels. There is a digital camera 3.2 megapixels with autofocus and a multiformat media player. For data storage, it has 512 MB of internal memory and a possibility of extension via a microSDHC slot (8GB card is included), while the transfers made by USB, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi .

Regarding autonomy, the manufacturer announced up to 7 hours in communications with a 1 340 mAh battery.

Price and availability:

This smartphone has been announced for the end of April. It will be available exclusively to SFR and sold 99 euros.

Good, I'm new here, but I read a lot in the forums and have reported a low rate pdaphone that was better.

My question is:

Are HTC Qtek S200 and S200 different ?

the hardware is exactly the same, but the software is modified by Vodafone, a part of the rom is old and slower than the qtek and imate, before you ask, I tell you, it's illegal to change the rom, as well that lose the warranty if you try. I know that is not "capable" but being an oldest version of radio, which can cause problems with the wi-fi. greetings
