The LG ED 510 is not the most appealing laptop; in fact you could say it looks quite plain. It has a simple black glossy body which means it can get blemished easily. While this laptop may seem unassuming, as soon as you open it you see the neatly laid out keyboard. The speakers are on the front but most of the expansion ports are at the back which can be frustrating. The real point of ever considering this machine is the performance it offers for its price tag.

The laptop has 2GB RAM and 160 G B of hard disk space and runs using an Intel Core 2 Duo T2370 processor, more than enough for basic tasks and a bit of entertainment. It has all the standard issue features such as a DVD burner, 3 USB ports and card reader, making it a worthy all-rounder. The battery life of this laptop is a rather ordinary 2.5 hours when using simple applications and only about an hour when really using the laptop's resources like watching a movie.
