Spice, the Indian telecoms company that recently presented a Braille phone, has released a new Windows Mobile handset, named Spice D-1100, which will most probably be available only in India. The new device is presented as "India's first dual-SIM PDA", thus it comes with dual-SIM technology. This allows you to use two GSM SIM cards at the same time, hence it's like having two phones in one.

Spice says that the D-1100 is available as of now across India, for a retail price of 16,999 INR (a bit less than $400), coming with a 512MB memory card in the package. For a Windows Mobile powered handset, this price can pass as affordable.

this phone is cool but what about price because SPICE is not as reputed as Nokia So they should sale the phone bellow Rs.15,000.

It is a touchscreen phone with an alphanumeric keypad but the placement of keys is a bit unsual. On multimedia front, this will feature a 2.0-megapixel camera, windows media player and stereo Bluetooth connectivity.
