SD memory card Fomating problem

I want to format my micro sd card (4 GB ) I done right click the removable disk
then format and quick format and it wrote the disk is write protected

I just want to format my micro sd card but I am not able to format.

Can some one help me ?

Right-click on your SD card "to destroy the partition, recreate the partition, activate it, and format in FAT"

There maybe a lock on the memory card reader unlock it. Or try formatting the memory card.
