Samsung C6625 is another handset coming from the Korean mobile phone maker that hasn't been yet officially announced, although the device can be seen listed for pre-order at Expansys, with a price tag of around $360 (£249.99). The C6625 is offered unlocked and seems to be the follower of Samsung C6620, which has been previously released by TIM in Italy.

The qwerty device use Windows Mobile Standard, so the 2.6 QVGA inch screen is not a touch-screen. Other than that the rest of the specification list seems to include enough features to make this little Samsung a decent offering.



Other than an attractive design, the Samsung C6625 features 3G connectivity (HSPDA 3.6Mbps), a 2 mega-pixels camera, aGPS, 100MB internal storage, a microSD slot and of course bluetooth and wi-fi.

The new handset is expected to feature Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard, a full QWERTY keyboard, fitted for business users the smartphone is aiming at, as well as a 2.6-inch non-touchscreen display that delivers a 320 x 240 pixel resolution. Tri-band GSM connectivity (900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz) and HSDPA 2100 MHz connectivity can also be counted in.

The handset also sports Video Recording capabilities, along with Video Streaming and support for MP4, 3GP, H.264 & WMV, Windows Media Player Sync, music player with support for MP3, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+ & WMA file formats, Hands Free, Office Document Viewer, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint, as well as PDF Document Viewer. In addition, users are provided with E-mail (POP3, SMTP, IMAP4, MS Exchange) capabilities, as well as instant messaging (MSN).
