How can we use Mobile Camera as Webcam?

I have Sony Ericsson Mobile w550i. I want to know, can we use a Sony Ericsson Mobile Phone as a webcam? and How? So that i can use the cell phone while chatting on gtalk or yahoo messenger?

You can use - Motvik, this software supports Yahoo Messenger, Skype and Windows Live messenger and you can also upload live video on Youtube. Currently, software supports only Symbian phones and Windows PC/laptop.
