MWC 2009 will debut in less than two weeks, and it looks like Samsung is getting ready to be the show’s main attraction.
First on the list is Samsung S5050 (pictured below), a nice-looking slider packed with mid-end features.
Here’s what the S5050 offers:
- Quad-band GSM/EDGE connectivity (no 3G, apparently)
- 2.2 inch OLED QVGA display with 16 million colors
- 3.2 MP camera with LED flash
- Bluetooth 2.0
- Music player
- FM radio
- 50MB of internal memory
- MicroSD card support, up to 8GB
Samsung C5212 (shown below) is a dual-SIM phone, like the recently leaked B5702.
Unlike the B5702, which is a slider, the C5212 is a candybar that features:
- Quad-band GSM/EDGE connectivity
- 2.2 inch TFT display with 176 x 220 pixels and 262K colors
- Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP
- 1.3 MP camera
- 40MB of internal memory
- MicroSD card support, up to 4GB
- 97.5 x 55 x 16.3 mm
Samsung S3310 is another candybar that looks quite elegant:
Its specs include:
- QVGA TFT display with 16 million colors
- GSM/EDGE connectivity
- Bluetooth 2.1
- Music player and FM radio
- 2MP camera with video recording (at 30fps)
- 30MB of internal memory
- MicroSD card support, up to 8GB
- 99.9 x 48 x 13.9 mm
Samsung E2210 (seen above) is a nice entry-level clamshell that comes with:
- 1.77 inch TFT internal display with 128 x 160 pixels and 262K colors
- Quad band GSM/EDGE connectivity
- VGA camera
- USB 2.0
- 94 x 46.5 x 18.5 mm
Samsung E1360
Its specs include:
- Dual-band GSM/GPRS connectivity (900 / 1800 MHz)
- 128 x 160 pixels CSTN display with 65K colors
- FM radio
- 96.6 x 45 x 19 mm
Samsung E1210 is also simple, but it’s a candybar:
It comes with:
- Dual-band GSM/GPRS connectivity (900 / 1800 MHz)
- 1.77 inch CSTN display with 120 x 160 pixels and 65K colors
- FM radio
- High-capacity 1000 mAh battery
- 91.5 x 44.8 x 20 mm
Samsung E1125 and Samsung E1100 are two low-end candybars.
The E1125 (pictured on the left) and the E1100 (pictured on the right) share the same features, which include:
- Dual-band GSM connectivity (900 / 1800 MHz)
- 128 x 128 pixels CSTN display with 65K colors
- FM radio
