Acer Aspire 8920 crashes after 30 mins

Hello,

I have an Acer Aspire 8920 with its ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3650 Hyper Memory and always when I a game like CS crashes the whole laptop after about 30 min. Is this now because the graphics drivers with me always the message is "not current graphics drivers" when I start CS. If so where can I get the latest drivers for this graphics card I have ever looking after drivers for this card! Or could the subject to something else?

As you are indeed an Acer laptop, you need to go directly from the vendor site search for the driver.

So here is the right side, then you give the version of your laptop.

Then drivers and utilities to choose the correct driver.

Yes to this page, I also wanted to know exactly the download only with the 8920G <-I m little confused because I do have the 8920. Or is that no matter?

Do you also have the same laptop?

Other possibilities:

Pull out the original and the latest drivers from the ATI Page.
Then the ATI Mobility Modder (a tool is what the original drivers from ATI patched so that the laptop cards, etc. to be adopted (as laptopvideo2go for nvidia cards)


Instructions:


1: Download MSXML 6.0 from Microsoft. (For Vista already included).

Step 2-VISTA ONLY

2: aka UAC user account control off

3: Download driver www.ati.com load. XP needs. NET Framework installed. (with Vista already integrated)

4: After the Setup and driver can extract to c: / ATI / SUPPORT - The installation but after unpacking cancel (With 7zip should also right-click -> "Extract to" funtktionieren)

5: Mobility Modder start - After C: ATI / SUPPORT / navigate - for example, the Catalyst 7.4 would be under C: \ ATI \ SUPPORT \ 7-4_vista32_dd_ccc_enu_44985 - unpacked. At the "Modify" button and wait!

6: In Vista, under C: \ ATI \ SUPPORT \ 7-4_vista32_dd_ccc_enu_44985 (or whatever the folder is called), the SETUP.EXE start. The driver is not digitally signed message "to ignore.

7: Wait until the installation is finished, reboot and enjoy!
