Re: LAPTOP and connectivity

Visit www.Linksys.com.
  • you will find a HUB that will help you to connect approx 4 pc.
  • it will also help you to use 1 account and share it between 4 pc at the same
  • time with no compromise in speed.

Requirements:
  1. 3 cat 5e patch cables (NOT a crossover cable)
  2. check the website for further details: www.linksys.com

Re: LAPTOP and connectivity

  • Arrange a crossover cable.
  • Take a hub a hub.
  • Try to connect on one end a PC and vice versa.

After making the entire physical connection,
perform some changes PC's IP address so that they can be on the same subnet.

Your laptop to pc connection is done.

Re: LAPTOP and connectivity

  • Visit nearest computer or computer oriented electronic superstore
  • Ask for a Laplink program.
  • It consists of the connectivity cables for the setup of a physical connection
  • between a laptop and desktop computer.
  • This kind of connection is been implied for last 5 or 6 years.
