The PowerShot A470 is dead, long live the PowerShot A480! Canon renews its entry by unveiling today a compact digital camera user, worthy successor to the PowerShot A470 was introduced in January.
The majority of the characteristics of this new model are equivalent or comparable to those of his predecessor. It stands out, however, reduced by 25% and new functions. It measures only 92 mm in width, 62 mm in height and 31 mm deep with a weight of 140 grams (without batteries).
The Canon PowerShot A480 is equipped with many features and functions to simplify its use. It integrates technologies including face recognition and detection of movements which, together with its DIGIC 3 processor, to optimize the settings automatically shooting (focus, exposure, white balance). It also presents a clear layout of buttons. 15 patterns adapted to various situations are finally available.
