Clevo D40E laptop that does not start

Hello all,

I have a portable "Notebook" model "D40E" it has to purchase and 1 start it gets stuck on the screen bios.

We must make a forced stop (press and hold the key stop) and then restart it, press the F1 key and follow what is called (I no longer remember exactly) and then it starts.

I do not know whether it has the CDs of restoration. The OS is Windows XP Home SP2.
