Logitech G11, Problem with His shortcuts

I download the Logitech software to manage shortened.
G1, G2, G3, G4, ......... G18
So it is that I did these shortcuts is very good but that does not pose a laptop is the shortened to raise or lower the sound and shortcuts Windows Media Player.

And shortcuts Windows Media Player sound very good.

These shortcuts here works very well but against my shortcuts to increase or decrease the sound and shortcuts for Windows Media Player (Play / Pause, Stop ,....) is not working.

you can try uninstalling the driver for your keyboard, unplug the keyboard, reinstall the driver and connect the keyboard after.
