    Concept Clamshell Mouse

We’ve seen the Arc Mouse from Microsoft, but is there anything that can be made anywhere near to the mesmerizing creation from the big-daddy? Perhaps it may be too much to ask from an individual designer, but to churn that which isn’t obvious is what the designers live for, and this clamshell mouse is a perfect underling statement to hold the case affirmative.

Designed by Shaunhaugh, this computer peripheral is based on the, but is rather different from it, both in the final shape and finish. The clamshell mouse has a steep arc which would make gripping it a little intricate. In spite of the good renderings the mouse seems to have sharp edges, but to make things efficient and cool, the mouse made in silica gel like soft material and support rods, it works on AA batteries with two steel buttons which on pressing lock and unlock the support rods .

The clamshell mouse uses silica gel-like soft material and support rods to gain its shape, and is powered by AA batteries. The two steel buttons will allow you to lock/unlock those support rods as and when required.

You will find a steep arc that makes holding it down comfortably a challenge, while the sharp edges to give us a sense of apprehension on how users will react should this actually be released to the masses. We suppose having an razor sharp look to it is pleasant on the eyes, but rarely does it translate to an ergonomic experience
