Spyware Guard 2008!

A new thing called Spyware Guard 2008 has uploaded itself and it can't be deleted. Also, the background on my desktop is like covered up with a bunch of colored boxes and my computer won't allow me to change it. I was just wondering what i could do to fix it. Currently we have McAffee, Windows Defender and Mozilla Firefox and none have done anything.
