Why China mobile are cheaper ?

Hi

Anyone know why China mobile is cheaper than other phone. In Rs. 2000 to 3000 you can purchase latest china mobile which have following features touchscreen , dual sim, Mp3 Player, FM, Camera, Speaker.

Where Nokia, Samsung, LG touchscreen mobile start from minimum 20,000.

China mobile are cheap but no warranty. Sound, Camera quality also poor.

There are many problem in china mobile like a majority of these phones dont have IMEI numbers or are sold with the same IMEI numbers rendering them impossible to track/record.
