Eken m001 tablet not working well

Hello friends, I am having the Eken m001 tablet and i am using the tablet from past many weeks. Well I am using the tablet then I am having the tablet and containing problem with it. The tablet get hang when I am using it, button does not work, the display does not comes properly. So can anyone tell me that what is the problem with the tablet and what is the solution for it. Thank you.

I think that the problem is that you will have to call the service center of the tablet and get it fixed and also you have to check there is no anti-virus in the tablet. you better get it check it.

The solution for the problem you are having it is that you have to do the factory reset of the tablet. By doing the factory reset of the tablet you will be able to get it and also your tablet might worked for.

I do not think that the factory reset method might be able to work and also it has some other sort of the problem in the tablet. The best solution for it that you better go the service center of the tablet and also you will be able to get it done and also if the tablet is under the warranty then you will be able to get the tablet fixed any cost for the serving of the tablet.

I would suggest you better that you re-flash the memory of the tablet and also uninstall the application which are there on the tablet. I was also having the same problem and also I was able to get it and also I have try the same method which I have told you to do it.

I think you should do the formatting of the Eken M001 and also before doing that you should take all the important data from the Eken M001 and then you will be able to the formatting without any worry of the data.
