I got Problem

im not sure if this is hte right thread
but i am getting an error on my mp3 (samsung yp-s3)

it won't install the mp3 onto my computer
i keep getting an error saying something like:

The device cannot be installed because the neccesary software could not be found

what do i do???

ohh and btw im a novice cause im preety young so i won't understand some things u guys say lol

mp3 player...did it come with an install disc?
If so , you have to put the drivers in the computer first before it is "seen" by the comp.
