The devices can be charged from the environment

The company Intel is developing devices that can operate autonomously very long time, while charging they use energy to the surrounding environment. The company presented a prototype of a mobile phone equipped with a new eco-system, allowing him to be charged independently, without access to an electrical outlet.

According to the technical director of Intel Rattnera Justin (Justin Rattner), a single point in time the device can accumulate a small charge, so the eco-devices will operate on a battery - when the gains charge, the device will fulfill its task.
