Active Sync is not stable

Hi,

when I test my telephone connect to HTC TyTN with my computer via active sync! active sync is not stable it will disconnect that can not stop me.

Hello,

Try this (progressive solutions):

ActiveSync and driver

# Try uninstalling and then reinstalling ActiveSync (with a reboot after uninstalling and after installation, before connecting the pda)

# On the PC, in ActiveSync, select the File menu, click Connection Settings, then select the Allow USB connections.

# On your device, in ActiveSync, click Menu> Connections, then select the Synchronize all computers using this connection.

Restarting the connection

# Disconnect and reconnect the device.

# Disconnect the device, restart it, and then reconnect it.

# Disconnect the device, restart the PC and then reconnect the device.

# Disconnect the device.

Antivirus

# Disable the antivirus program.

# Reconnect the device.

Network Settings

# Open the Network Connections from the Control Panel PC.

# Note If your Control Panel is set to Category view, open Network and Internet Connections, then open Network Connections.

# Click the right mouse button on the LAN connection created by ActiveSync, and then click Properties. In the Connect using the Windows Mobile text is displayed.

In this connection uses the following, check all the boxes (to select all protocols).

# Reconnect the device.
