Fujitsu Siemans LOOX T830 PDA Mobile Phone - shows write protected

I have a concern with my Fujitsu Siemans LOOX T830 PDA Mobile Phone in WM 5.1.195, I can not not write or erase the memory of local pda let alone synchronize with a PC. It goes back to me whenever messages write protection (or memory: there enough ram)

Possible software blocks access. Have you tried a soft reset, and in the worst cases a hard reset?

Indeed, I do more reboot (soft and hard) without success.
In addition, there is no software that turns visibly, in any case I stop using the utility memory management.
