Htc 3350 and VoIP phone

I just bought a 3350 htc I have not yet received, but my concern is that I realized after purchase that the Windows Mobile version 5 that is installed does not call into Ip through SIP.
My question is whether there is still a possibility to correct this or do I have to cope without the opportunity to handle over IP.

In fact Windows Mobile 5 does not natively a layer IP telephony, but to remove this limit just install a third-party application.
