Want to transfer contacts from Samsung phone tool to Nokia PC Suite

I want to transfer contacts from Samsung E251 to Nokia N73 can anyone help me.

sync Samsung with outlook first and then transfer to nokia with sync hope it will work.

Insert sim card in Sasung E251 and Copy all contacts to your sim card and then insert that sim in Nokia N73 paste all contacts to phone memory...

I tried saving and switching the sims but the nokia would not turn on. It would light up but that was all.

You will need to flash the phone. Look out for nearest service center for this phone. Flashing will wipe out all the settings and there will be nothing left in the phone. But the phone will start working. Also check that your phone is properly charged and the batter is working fine. Try swapping the batteries of the phone. Till the phone is not on, you cannot even run software update.
