Sony-Ericsson W300i - many problems!

I just bought a Sony Ericsson W300i. The battery is not load because the screen has not turned on after 9 hours of charge.

I also can not open the battery cover. The plastic cover is very smooth, there is no prize to open it.
This is totally wrong thought by the manufacturer.

In addition, the notice indicates that this product memory stick card was provided. But I did not find in the cabinet, unless the card already installed in the terminal manufacturing.

The SIM card is inside and I can not even use my previous phone that the remaining works properly.
