MSI EX623 Notebook Unveiled

MSI EX623 features Cinema Pro Technology and with a simple touch of the exclusive Cinema Pro button; you may immediately switch to Movie Mode. Combing Color Film Print Technology with ocean wave patterns in design, the EX623 has been injected with a brand new texture to personal notebook computers.

The most advanced nVIDIA Geforce 9500M GS graphic card with 512MB VRAM. In the other hand, EX623 selects the brand new ECO Engine Technology, as the power management function to extend the battery running time while performing different tasks. Press on the ECO touch sensor repeatedly to switch among the 5 different modes ? Gaming mode, Movie mode, Presentation mode, Office mode and Turbo Battery mode. This is to minimize the battery power consumption while performing game applications, playing multimedia applications, performing presentation applications, and dealing with documentation. Moreover the EX623 features the latest Intel Centrino 2 Processor Technology, which uses Intel Core2 Duo processor and Intel PM45 Express Chipset.

It has 16:9 ratio and 16" LCD screen of the EX623, the visual span has been extended by 14%, comparing to 16:10 ratio. The black bars on the top and bottom of the screen can be avoided with optional Full HD display. The EX623 is equipped with Dolby Surround or richness in bass and the enjoyment of a home theater. It is also equipped with two Hi-Fi speakers on either sides of the touch sensor. There is also an embedded subwoofer at the bottom of the console.

EX623 is equipped with the Blu-ray Disc drive which offers up to 50 GB of storage capacity (10 times of a normal DVD) and Full HD 1080p in visual quality and surround sound effect. Additionally, Blu-ray Disc drive supports BD format and DVD Super Multi/ DVD / VCD format.

EX623 supports the next-generation hard drives based on the Serial ATA (SATA) 3Gb/s storage specification. Additionally EX623 is also equipped with a 3-in-1 card reader, and USB 2.0 port x3.

The EX623 is a nice notebook computer with a large 16-inch display. The latest addition in Micro Start International's EX series is a pretty good notebook for college students as well as home users who are very much into multimedia.
