Help: My laptop is weird

The strange thing is:

1. It will keep a key in the 0 to 5 seconds before being "pressed" (Is it not handicap feature!)
   
   
2. My TouchPad works very very very bad (When I say very very badly, it means that you can not do it)
   
   
3. The buttons on my TouchPad are very very bad
   
   
4. When I turn on my PC, takes few minutes before I can use it. (few minutes after appearing desktop)
   
   
5. All the usual signs (wireless connection, etc.) down in the corner will only be a long time after

What is it?
Please help me!

PS: I can usually write if I have another keyboard to. I've set ourselves a mouse and it works.

I can only say one thing ... log from Hijackthis ...coz I feel other weird things than laptop alone.

I think it is hardware problems.
Send it to the repair from where you bought it.

By the way, I can not turn off my PC without holding off button on the PC for a while

I have the same problems and have also thought about sending it for a small check.
