T-Mobile is the official carrier for Samsung's T919 touch screen handset, and this model is better known as "Behold". Out this November 10th, the Behold will retail for $149 assuming you decide to tie your soul to a two-year agreement and a mail-in rebate.
Shots of the touchscreen interface also show MyFaves built into the phone's front-end menu as well as gallery-style photo browsing and what appears to be a motion-sensitive app. The TouchWiz interface from several of Samsung's more recent touchscreen devices is also present and includes top-level widgets for quick information.
The handset would be T-Mobile's second touchscreen phone in as many months following the release of the Android-based G1 later this month; the company has been one of the last to offer this hardware itself.
Below are the possible specifications, although there is no confirmation from Samsung just yet.
- 5 megapixel camera
- Front-facing secondary camera
- GPS navigation
- Streaming video support
- Video ringtone support
- Capacitive touchscreen
- microSDHC memory card slot
