30,000 to 35,000 laptop ?

i want to buy a laptop, for my sister she is doing MBA and she need it for her projects . im really confuse what to buy ? im in the middle of HP and Acer

i need the following configuration in it :

• Intel Pentium Dual-core Processor T2310 (2. 00 GHz )
• 1 GB will be fine : 2 GbB will be great
• Hard Drive- 160 GB Serial ATA
• Operating System - Windows Xp
• a average graphic card that can play Cs: s, Fifa

i check in some retailers and they suggested me to go with hp and Vista as os, after buying put Xp and the XP will cost me RS 5000 the budget will be around 37,000 to 40,000 rs this is not what i plan, my budget is 30,000 to 35,000 Rs so any one please give me some suggestion what to do or there are some dealer in techarena please pm me
