Virgin Mobile phone issue

Hi i am using virgin mobile services,recently i bought a new handset Vkewl.now whenever i try to open driver software provided with cd in my computer,it doesn't detect it on my computer.because of that i can't transfer transfer files from my pc to phone,and also unable to take backup from my phone.

please help me to get rid out of this problem.

Uninstall the drivers software from your pc and then reinstall it from cd.Now connect your phone with pc,it should work.

i am not using virgin services,but you can call to virgin customer care at 125999 ask them for help.they will assist you in better way.
