Asus N20, N50 and N80 Notebooks Unveiled

So with 2 GB of RAM and a dedicated graphics card, Asus of the N10 can not just claim under NETBOOK, the Taiwanese manufacturer announced this week a new 12.1-inch model, the N20. Here, the question is no longer allowed, and Asus also spoke of a machine designed for business or entertainment, without putting forward the reduced price or the ultraportable machines like the Eee PC.

With a diagonal measurement of 12.1 inches and a weight estimated at 1.85 kg with battery three cells, however, the N20 falls into the category of Ultraportables. Asus makes choosing a configuration using Centrino 2, around a Core 2 Duo processor, a chipset GM45 and an 802.11n WiFi.

No dedicated graphics card is provided here, but we are on the high end of the N20 drive Blu-ray. 2.0 and Bluetooth 1.3 megapixel camera are also on the agenda, and Asus refers to the care of an optional antenna 3G. The poster dimensions of 303 x 225 x 31 mm. Different battery capacity will be available to the user. Pricing and availability date have however not been clarified, but we know that the machine will come with Windows Vista.

Asus also preparing the launch of the N50 and N80, machinery 14.1 and 15.4 inches centered, again, around a Centrino platform type 2.
