Sony has created a third-generation iPod/iPhone clock radio dock with a new look, the ICF-CD3iP, according to an apparent leak by Sony Insider.
The ICF-CD3iP will be fully compatible with the iPod and iPhone and can charge and playback music accordingly. What’s also keen about this dock is that two alarms can co-exist, meaning the alarm set on the clock and the iPhone/iPod will work together. Line In and 30 FM/AM presets pretty much round up the other features available, and the included remote will be able to control the iPod/iPhone, CD and Radio functions. The CD player can read CD-R/RW’s and is capable of playing back MP3 cd’s.
Australian retailers already have it listed for pre-order for an equivalent price. The ICF-CD3iP will reportedly be available in October, with a price estimated at $100.
