How to start a laptop?

my friend has a laptop that has not used since his trip that lasted more than a month, and now it no longer works.

he had tried to remove the battery and make it work directly without, But no result.

Can anyone inform me how to run it directly? or another way to start it.

In my opinion, it will be hard to start without battery . It is possible that if the battery is discharged remained too long, it takes more burden . I had the same problem with a (phone) mobile. Try to find a battery compatible .
But it does not really when you put the battery in the laptop, all it charge is (one LED should light up), and you put everything on "ON ". If so, the battery is really dead.

You can start without battery simply by plugging the outlet ... If it does not start then that it is connected to the sector, it must be elsewhere!
