GPRS problem in Nokia N72

I am using Nokia N72. In Nokia N72 i am not able to access gprs i think some mistake done from my side i don't have any idea how to store settings in phone last time my one friend install that settings.
Plz provide me info how to save settings in my mobile phone ?

I am Airtel customer. I want Airtel GPRS settings if possible plz post i will try to store in my phone.
