MSN on the laptop

I have the Nokia 5610, I downloaded MSn to access with the laptop but when I sign, a message like this COMES UP : server problem or network, appears all the time.
However, I have always network connection i dont know what i should do .
Someone knows how to help me?

Yes it is compatible and yes I have an internet connection is the new Nokia
