Well, I was wondering (must be a bad thing) and thought, "what kind of Tech Support could I offer to a consumer if I sold them a PC?"
I was thinking of making a affordable PC, running low cost low voltage hardware, with a silent approach. Once I figured what I could piece and sell it for, I wondered, What about Tech Support? Could there be a profit margin if you made a computer that had very few flaws.
So if you were the consumer and you had purchased a PC then what type of Tech Support would you prefer?
