Toshiba Excite 10 64GB ($350) VS Nexus 7 8GB ($200)

Hey guys, need some urgent help from you all. I found news some where saying Toshiba has cut off prices for their Excite 10 tablets. They are now offering 16GB variant for $300, 64GB for just rs $350. I think getting 64GB storage tablet for just 350 dollars is quite good.

Other than this, yesterday i ordered a Nexus 7 online for $200 that comes with just 8GB. Now am confused should i go with Nexus 7 or should i cancel it and go for Excite 10 64GB with small additional dollars ? Please suggest me best of these two.

Toshiba is a very well known Brand in the technology market since a long time and they make pretty good and durable gadgets. Here, if we compare both devices, the only good think in Nexus 7 is Jelly Bean but if count good things in Excite 10 there are many including their hardware, specification and ofcourse the storage capacity.

Buying 8 GB for 200USD sounds lost against 64GB for 350$, that also from Toshiba. I'll surely love to go with Toshiba Excite 10.

Google sold millions unit of Nexus 7 and so far there is good review from users. It is i think because the product is so worth. And did you thought why Toshiba has cut off excite's price ? Because they were not able to sell it at such a high price (earlier original price that i guess was about $500). Dont just go with the storage capacity, there are many more things that matter in performance and all. I am happy with my Nexus 7 , doesn't matters if i bought it costly.

Both devices are very good at their own individual places. Whereas Nexus 7 offers the new Jelly Bean with comfortable 7inch display (easy to carry along), Toshiba offering 64GB with $150 extra compared to Nexus with 10inch screen. That's good for gaming and watching HD videos but note, we are paying $150 extra.

So, at conclusion, it depends on users preference. If you want performane with latest operating system go for Nexus, or else go with Excite if love watching HD movies and gaming.
