B. HP

You can go with Sony laptops as well which is very reliable and rarely crashes, excellent build quality and lots of fun. Then there is also HP which is the best. or you can use apple laptop also, but apple laptop is quite expensive, so its better to go for HP & hp's technical support is awesome.
